What a class feels like

Small by design. Six benches, two teachers, and nobody watching over your shoulder. June demonstrates each step on the big bench; then it is your hands, your hide, your pace.

Real tools, real leather. You work the same full-grain hides and Japanese blades we use on commissions — not practice vinyl. Your finished piece is genuinely yours to carry.

Graduate perks. Every graduate gets 15% off hides and hardware for a year, plus open-bench evenings on the first Friday of each month.

“I took the Saturday wallet class on a whim and left with a bifold I still carry daily. Patient teachers, sharp tools, endless coffee.”

Nora Castillo — Wallet in a Day graduate

Class questions, answered

None at all. Most students have never held a round knife. If you can tie your shoes and follow a marked line, you can finish a wallet.

Just yourself and closed-toe shoes. Every tool, hide, thread and finish is included in the fee — plus an apron to borrow and coffee to share.

Yes — birthdays, team days and bachelor parties of 4 to 8 are our favourite chaos. Message us two weeks ahead and we will set a date.
