How do I get a repair quote?

Send photos through the form above or drop the piece off Tuesday to Saturday. You will have a fixed written quote within two business days.

Do I need experience for a workshop class?

None. Most students have never held a round knife, and every class finishes with a piece you carry home the same day.

How long does a bespoke commission take?

Three to five weeks from approved pattern to delivery, with progress photos throughout. Rush slots open every month for hard deadlines.

Do you ship outside the US?

Gift and shop orders currently ship within the US only. Bespoke commissions can be collected in person or shipped domestically.

What is covered by lifetime repairs?

Anything we made or restored: loose stitching, worn edges, tired snaps and failed hardware — fixed free, forever. You only cover postage.
