One of one, always
A bespoke commission starts at the hide rack, not a catalogue page. You choose the leather — bridle, harness, suede or shell — the thread colour, the edge finish and the hardware. June drafts a paper pattern to your exact measurements, and nothing is cut until you approve it.
Most commissions take three to five weeks. Complex builds like briefcases and weekender bags include a mid-build fitting, with photos at every stage if you cannot visit the shop.

1. Consult (free). Coffee at the shop or a video call. Bring references, measurements and a budget — we bring swatches.
2. Pattern & proof. A paper pattern and fixed quote within a week. Revisions are free until you love it.
3. Build & deliver. Three to five weeks of bench time, progress photos throughout, lifetime repairs after.

Most commissions ship in three to five weeks. Need it for a wedding or graduation? Tell us the date first — rush slots open every month.
Often yes — a jacket that no longer fits makes a beautiful tote. Send photos of the leather first so we can check it will split and stitch cleanly.
